Privacy Policy for ME2 MDM

ME2 MDM is intended for enterprise and organizational use only. The app is deployed on company-owned or organization-managed devices for device administration, policy enforcement, support, and security operations.

Depending on the organization’s configuration, the app may collect:

• Device identifiers such as Android ID, serial number, model, and manufacturer
• Device enrollment information
• Device status such as last seen time, battery level, charging status, network type, app version, and compliance state
• Location information for enterprise device management purposes, when enabled by the organization
• Push notification token used for command delivery
• Diagnostic and command execution results

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Enroll and bind devices to an organization
• Enforce enterprise security policies
• Support kiosk and dedicated device use cases
• Monitor device health and compliance
• Support device tracking for managed devices
• Deliver remote commands such as lock, wipe, location request, and policy updates
• Support enterprise app deployment and troubleshooting

4. Location Information

ME2 MDM may access device location, when enabled by the organization and permitted by the user or device policy, to support enterprise device management, device tracking, compliance monitoring, and security operations on managed devices.

5. Sharing

Information collected by the app is shared only with the organization that manages the device and ME2TECH systems that provide the device management service, subject to applicable law and contractual terms.

6. Data Retention

Device data is retained only as long as necessary for enterprise device management, support, compliance, and legal obligations.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect device management data, including authenticated communication and access controls.

8. Your Organization’s Control

Because ME2 MDM is used on organization-managed devices, your employer or contracting organization may control the app’s configuration, collected data, policies, and retention settings.
